[Note: From this vantage point (2014), I can see that the Storytellers tell a lot of stories, incessantly. It is as if they take the dirt that they are doing and then weave a story around that dirt with some true elements and some lies as if to throw people off the track. When I come across certain things I find that with a very cursory look, one can tell the main thing that is going on and the mechanisms used to do what they do. Marx's Communist Manifesto really does look like a roadmap or blueprint if one knows a little history and can substitute in a few names--as in substitute the "proletariat", etc. ***There are many storytellers. I do not know who the late Mr. Cooper was (he is mentioned below), he may have just been one more storyteller***, but I continue to hear about the "aliens" that he spoke of. Oftentimes the storytellers tell some tidbit, BUT THEY ALWAYS ATTRIBUTE THE ABOMINATION TO SOME FAR AWAY-TYPE INDIVIDUALS--whether "them", "banksters", "rich men", "the elite", "globalists", "Rockefellers", etc. For the unknowing, the stories are a smokescreen scattering people thoughts and actions in all kinds of directions wearing them out. In the end, after their trying to do something about the problem, the answer seems to be, "Action is futile." The "alien hypothesis" goes way back, I am still seeing this come up. If you see something in the air, it is not because there are true aliens--devils, yes there are; genetically modified organisms and chimeras, maybe; possessed people, yes; 3D pictures, yes; pheromones, yes; unrevealed inventions and laws, in all probability, yes. If you hear a voice, or whatever, we believe in the Bible above our senses. This is a time of deception. You will not be deceived if you read and obey the scriptures.]
Deception 76: "Aliens"

*** PREFACE ***
While confirming information before releasing, "Deception 73: Logic," I came across a man named William "Bill" Cooper with whom I was tangentially familiar. I do not agree with all of his interpretations, but notwithstanding this statement, there is much that I learned from a cursory review of his research.* Much of the information here in regards to Mr. Cooper and his work came from a few videos I watched about him. I do not suggest that anyone buy any books about this or do anything more than the most minimal, cursory research--and only if the reader feels it is necessary. I've tried to include the salient points in this article. Simply researching out of curiosity can be dangerous.
*Note: In my research, I did not listen to Mr. Cooper's explanation of the Luciferian mysteries that devil worshippers adhere to as I refuse to subject myself to such knowledge and explanations--it is a shame to speak of the things that the wicked do in secret. I warn all readers against any investigation into such things. If I am reviewing something or listening to something, I am on watch for if I need to stop. May none of us be a toilet bowl for the devil.
*** MANUFACTURING AN ARTIFICIAL THREAT TO UNITE PEOPLE AGAINST A COMMON ENEMY ***
Mr. Cooper was, at one time, an intelligence insider in the United States military. It was while in intelligence that he learned about plans for bringing about the New World Order (although he did not have the full understanding of what he was reading at that time). One of the things Mr. Cooper eventually found out was that the powers were looking for a substitute for war--an enemy to fight. A common enemy that would bring the people of the world together as one so that they could fight against it. The deceived people of the world would unite to fight the "enemy"... The powers would manufacture enemies such as
- Pollution (intentionally pollute the earth although it would take a while to become sufficiently menacing to mankind).
- Dictators (I would include here any fabricated enemy, e.g., "terrorists.").
- Nuclear threat.
- Aliens.
All of this may sound far fetched, but as you read this article and see the video of former U.S. President Ronald Reagan saying that he thought that an alien invasion might bring the people of the world together you will see that it is not far fetched. It seems that these people have been planning this for a long time.
I am not suggesting that anyone search out these links--things can chang quickly on the internet.

Mr. Cooper went back in time to those who wrote about the methods for achieving world government. The manufacturing of an artificial alien threat was there. In order to get people to believe in an alien threat (or any threat for that matter), it has to seem plausible, credible, or at least possible in people's minds--and so the people's minds have been inundated with imaginary aliens found in books, movies, television, documentaries, newspapers, video games, etc. When I watched tv, I can remember viewing a lot of these kinds of "programs" with interest. I don't know that I really thought they existed, though. In broaching the subject of this article with my daughter, I had to explain what the world means when it says, "aliens." In the Bible, aliens are foreigners, which is the true meaning of the word (they are not some "inter-galactic, non-humanoid creatures charting their courses in a spaceship.").
So a menacing common enemy is being created to cause all people to huddle together in one fearful lump. And then, having been unified by this engineered lie, these deceived people will look to their rulers to do whatever is necessary to "save them" from this perceived threat--no matter how outrageous the plan and no matter how much freedom they have to give up. "Come live in these packed up designated areas and you will be safe. We have plenty of supplies, food, and water."

Cooper (who believed Clinton to be one of the biggest and most diabolical front men for the New World Order)
considered Clinton's pronouncement the greatest compliment that he ever received.In one video segment, Mr. Cooper stated that he personally witnessed the maneuvers of a government amphibious aircraft that defied the laws of physics that we know today and was debriefed by the military concerning what he saw.

At the end of rewardsinheaven.blogspot.com/ (the above referenced video) is former U.S. President Ronald Reagan saying that he thought that an alien invasion would bring all the world's people together (see 7:45). Mr. Cooper also mentions on the video that Ronald Reagan talked about a threat from outer space from some other species from some other planet in six of his speeches.
Mr. Cooper's comments near the end of the video bring to mind Copernicus' principle of the mediocrity of the earth and why that "principle" might be regurgitated so often. It says that the earth is so small and so insignificant and that it is just an average, "planet." This leaves the idea that there is some planet that is far greater than the earth--and maybe with beings greater than man. [Note: the earth is not a planet. God made the earth on day one and the sun, moon, and stars on day four. "Planet" is a Bible word referring to certain bodies celestial (earth is the terrestrial body. "Celestial" and "terrestrial" are Bible words.). Planet means "wanderer" and the earth does not wander. The earth is fixed. The Bible teaches that it is the sun that moves.] The earth is anything but mediocre. God made it to be inhabited and inhabited it is. It is full of life and made for life, with fruitful land, air, and sea and at a perfectly situated distance from the sun--not too hot and not too cold, with plenty of water delivered by fresh water rivers throughout the lands. Plenty of air, too. Look at the moon on the other hand. And look at Mars and Pluto. All of these bodies--and the others--are perfectly unsuitable for us or anything else to live on. No grass, no water, no breathable air suitable for our lungs, no beautiful trees, none of it. Just barren as regards life. These celestial bodies are beautiful in their own regard, but totally unsuitable for life, they were not made to sustain life, the earth was. The sun, moon, and stars were created to give light upon the earth, to be for signs and for seasons and for days and years and were created for other things as well as a careful study of Genesis 1 reveals. The earth is special. It is not a mediocre planet. In fact, it is not a planet/wanderer at all.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not saying in this article that there is no real occult power and that any potential alien threat will necessarily be an optical illusion, hologram, or previously unknown technology. The devils may show up in disguise as "aliens" or in some other form like possessed chimeras (genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Evil spirits can inhabit people and beasts (Legion consisted of 2,000 devils and entered into a man and into swine (ref. Mark 5 and Luke 8) and the devil was the serpent, a beast of the field (Genesis 3, Revelation 12). We see in the scriptures that devils can speak and that they can cause people to cry (Mark 5:1-5) and be infirm (ref. Luke 13:11). And devils can work miracles (ref. Revelation 16:14). The Egyptian magicians were able to work some of the wonders that God wrought with their enchantments (e.g., Exodus 7:8-12, 7:19-22, 8:6-7). We also know that Satan was given power to produce certain conditions in Job's life--e.g., he sent fire from heaven (ref. Job 1:12-18).We also see in the scriptures that devils were worshipped.
Leviticus 17:7 And they shall no more offer their sacrifices unto devils, after whom they have gone a whoring. This shall be a statute for ever unto them throughout their generations.As I understand it, witches today still communicate with familiar spirits and that these spirits can inhabit various types of objects. Some so-called "aliens" could very well be devils. It seems that a lot of people are opening themselves up to possession and are finding it easier to achieve occult goals that once took some time to achieve. Some people (adults and children) dabbling in the occult are finding themselves in serious trouble and do not know how to get out of it. All of these spirits, "ascended masters," etc. are devils. I also received a letter from a witch who said, in part, " I do worship the dark goddess and I do offerings to her to allow more abortion to happen..."Deuteronomy 32:17 They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not.

I heard someone say that abortions are sacrifices to a devil. Many of us offered Satan our firstborn when we spread our feet and paid a murderer to rip our children out of our wombs.

MSNBC has a newcast on its website, "Vatican looks to heavens for signs of alien life Church leaders call in experts to discuss implications of astrobiology." In Deception 41 ("University of Arizona, Vatican and Jesuits Name New Telescope 'Lucifer'") there was a question asked--"In terms of observatories, what are they looking for?"--and I think that this Deception 76 may provide an answer to that question.
*** WHY ARE PEOPLE SO GULLIBLE? ***
Some thoughts about why people are so ignorant and apathetic concerning what is going on all around them and why they believe whatever the newscaster, textbook, scientist, etc. tells them and think that all is well and whatever is not well will just blow over and America will always remain "free" (we are a lot less free than we think. Our ideas about freedom are mostly just ideas and not reality. We're like caged rats even though we may be able to travel and move about. It seems that the control tightens by the second. "This is for your children," or, "this is for your safety," or "this is for human rights," is enough to make most Americans quietly submit to the most outrageous of proposals. They don't feel like thinking. They just sit back and listen to whatever the media tells them.). Why are they so gullible?
- Many people in America receive not the love of the truth and have pleasure in unrighteousness. For this reason, God gives them over to strong delusion that they should believe a lie (ref. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). They are under the deceitfulness of sin (ref. Hebrews 3:13). They are deceived because their deeds are evil. [Note: It is very important to always receive the love of the truth--even when it is a truth that you do not want to hear. As soon as one gets mad at the truth and rejects it, that person is in trouble. Deceived people do not believe the truth but do believe a lie.] The devil is a liar and those under him cannot hear the truth and do not believe those that tell the truth (ref. John 8:43-47).
- Others (like many school students) are kept from the truth of God and do not know his word and are therefore ignorant. Parents are not living for the Lord and they are therefore not teaching their children God's word. Meanwhile the powers that be are doing everything that they can to keep children from hearing God's word.
- People who do go to church (or who watch tv preachers) are heaping to themselves teachers having itching ears. They listen to preachers that speak a message that they want to hear.
- Preachers are not preaching the word. They are not preaching holiness and they are not exposing the great whore of Revelation chapter 17 and have not been doing so for many years. From my notes--If a person is not openly repudiating the whore, that person is forwarding the affliction.
*** ROAD TO THE BEAST ***
The new world order/one world government calls for
- the dissolution of national sovereignty (as in America is no longer a sovereign, independent nation) and
- the dissolution of religions and
- for the formation of the one world government to replace the existing order. This is where the beast takes his seat over top of everybody and opens up his mouth speaking blasphemy sitting in the temple of God shewing himself that he is God. Revelation 13 reveals that the dragon (Satan is the dragon, see Revelation 12) gives him his seat and his power and great authority. People are are going to be impressed with the beast's war-making abilities. He is going to make war with the saints and overcome them (ref. Revelation 13:7). People are going to worship him and the dragon that gives power to him, the devil. His false prophet is going to cause all, small and great, to receive a mark in their right hand or in the forehead--anybody that receives that mark is going to go to the lake of fire forever. Because people receive not the love of the truth, they just keep on going along with whatever somebody tells them, step-by-step.

*** LYING SIGNS AND WONDERS ***
2 Thessalonians 2:7 For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way.2 Thessalonians 2:8 And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:

2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

People that believe the truth will not be deceived. We must be very careful to always believe the truth--even if the truth falls on us and shows that we are not right. Don't reject it.

...I am an American Patriot. I have served my country for most of my life. I served honorably in the United States Air Force and the United States Navy. I was a Patrol Boat Captain in the harbor of Da Nang, and on the Cua Viet River attached to the office of Naval Security and Intelligence headquartered at Camp Carter in the Vietnam War. I was presented the Navy Achievement Medal with the "V" for Valor, and the Navy Commendation Medal with the "V" for Valor for service in the war. I served on the intelligence briefing team for Commander in Chief of the Pacific Fleet Admiral Bernard Clarey at Makalapa, Hawaii.While stationed at CINCPACFLT I was granted a Top Secret Q SI security clearance which eventually allowed me to witness and read documents which outlined that a world government would become a reality because of the alleged visitation to the earth by an extraterrestrial race. I believe the extraterrestrial race is an invention ala the Report From Iron Mountain in order to present an artificial threat to the earth to facilitate world government.
I was transferred to the USS Oriskany CVA-34 upon completion of my tour at CINCPACFLT. I was aboard the Oriskany when President Nixon resigned. Three days before he announced his resignation I was sent to the Comm shack to pick up a message from the Joint Chiefs of Staff for the Captain. I delivered the message to the Navigator, Commander Dougherty, in the Chartroom. He delivered the message to the Captain. The message stated, "Upon receipt you will no longer accept any orders from Top Hat. Acknowledge receipt." Top Hat was the code name for the President of the united States of America (White House).
I asked the Captain what he was going to do as the message was a clear violation of the Constitution for the united States of America and the doctrine of Civilian control over the military. The Captain told me he would wait and see if any orders came from the President before making a decision. No message ever came from the President or the White House. Of course the military controlled all communications facilities and no such message could have been transmitted once the Joint Chiefs had embarked upon their coup... for that is exactly what had occurred.
I had planned to make the military my career. Needless to say I could no longer pursue that course. What I thought I had been serving was not at all what I was really serving. I left the service with an Honorable Discharge on December 11, 1975. I have spent the last 24 years researching and exposing the TREASON within our government.
I wrote a book entitled Behold A Pale Horse, published an exposure of the Oklahoma City Bombing entitled Oklahoma City: Day One by Michele Marie Moore, publish a national newspaper entitled VERITAS, and I host a worldwide broadcast which began on May 4, 1992 called The Hour Of The Time. The subject of all of these is subversion from within our government and the projected outcome. What I have discovered is at MAJESTYTWELVE.
Shortly after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo during his broadcast. The memo named me, William Cooper, "...the most dangerous radio host in America". I learned that the FBI, the IRS, FINCEN, and other federal agencies had mounted a major investigation on me and my wife. The investigations, which all began on the same day, were ordered by the White House. The investigations lasted for 2 1/2 years. Warrants have been issued for our arrest. I learned that my FBI record, promulgated when I applied for my security clearance in the Air Force and Navy, was included with those other FBI files which were discovered to have been unlawfully obtained by the White House; the FBI files which became known as Filegate.
We were targeted as "enemies of the administration" because I told the truth in my book Behold A Pale Horse, in VERITAS, in Oklahoma City: Day One, and on the air during my worldwide broadcasts. We are not the only People who have been targeted for destruction by the President and his administration. What Clinton has done to us is clearly abuse of the powers of the office of the President.
Me, my wife, and our children, live from day to day terrorized, constantly under the threat of murder or imprisonment (which would result in murder) by the treasonous powers that have infiltrated our government to destroy it from within. Many other Patriots have been destroyed by these despicable traitors.

"Those of you who are smart enough to know what is transpiring here, know that these are historic broadcasts--and by making these broadcasts, I have sealed my fate."Mr. Cooper lost his leg after being run off of the road (and then threatened in the hospital afterwards) and then in 2001, he was gunned down by law enforcement on his front lawn and left there for approximately 15 hours with no doctors permitted to treat him. He died and the news presented him as some sort of militia member when, in actuality, he was not in the militia movement [I don't use guns--saved people are to be wise as serpents and as harmless as doves--but we need to go back and see what a militia is and what its purpose is. The right to bear arms, as I understand it, is for if the government gets out of control. As it stands now, the government seems to be taking guns away from law-abiding citizens, meanwhile the criminals have plenty of weapons. Everything today that stands up to the government is now labeled "extremist". A "reverend," upon learning that I did not watch television, said that not watching tv "seems extremist" (it is the sin-laden leaders of this people that do cause them to err.). "Extremist" is one of those trigger words that tv-hypnotized people use to label people who are not hypnotized into the party line. It is used in ad hominem attacks so that the merits of your points are completely ignored because somebody called you an inflammatory name. He that is ignorant, let him be ignorant still.].
Months before Mr. Cooper's death, he had already sent his wife and children away for their protection. In learning about Mr. Cooper's dedication to making the truth known and hearing of how he was mercilessly set up and gunned down and left to lie on the ground and die, I felt quite sad. Somebody's husband and somebody's father was killed for trying to stand up for the truth.
A few words that were used in the documentary, I would not use--as a result, I would not have others view it, but I do appreciate what Mr. Cooper tried to do and how he gave his life to make known some important pieces of the puzzle. When viewing things of this sort, I don't focus on a lot of names and dates, but rather on the big ideas to see what seems to match up with previous research and knowledge.
